One Step at a Time...
I provide a continuum of care from Health Advocacy and Patient Navigation services to End-of-Life Planning and Support.
The process of getting sick and getting better has been going on for humans since… well, since we first started getting sick and getting better.
And, where you are in your life's process is what I need to understand first. My primary goal is to address whatever healthcare questions, medical concerns, insurance complaints, diagnostic confusion, and/or EOL un-clarity you are wrestling with - in an effective and affordable manner.
To be successful, you and I must be able to bring each other up-to-speed as quickly as possible. In most instances, our dialogue begins with a request as simple as this:

One of the most common complaints I hear from clients is that their doctors, insurance companies, hospitals, and professional healthcare team members – no one - takes enough time with them, provides them with adequate answers to their various questions, nor has the ability to explain what’s going on - in terms that they can understand.
Which is why you’re here, and why I do what I do.
Listening to what you have to say - as a first step - provides us both with valuable information moving forward.
My giving you feedback and asking follow-up questions is the second step we'll take.
And, things will continue on from there - one step at a time…
